Teddy doctors raise more than $50,000 for the Royal Children's Hospital

On Friday 18 April 2025 the Teddy Bear Hospital took over the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre!

Over 1400 medical and allied health students from the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry, and Health Sciences assisted over 3000 teddy bears. Our teddy doctors successfully raised $52,000 for the Royal Children's Hospital.

Thank you to our sponsors Visy, who helped us build the hospital out of cardboard, Air Service Australia, which donates emergency service bears every year, and the Herald and Weekly Times.

Our next event will be at the Chadstone - Fashion Capital from Saturday 23 August 2025 to Sunday 24 August 2025.
