
Curiosity and Conflict: Leadership in Paediatrics Course
We held our first Curiosity and Conflict: Leadership in Paediatrics course in October, where consultant paediatricians spent a full day in a safe environment learning how to improve their leadership skills.
Attendees first unleashed their inner clowns alongside the Clown Doctors, who taught a lesson on how to master the art of genuine connection in leadership. The second session was a negotiation and conflict resolution session with Dr. Vinita Rane. Finally, Dr. Alys-Marie Manguy taught participants invaluable techniques for navigating high-stress environments with grace and clarity.
